Open Web Protocols and Discussion Groups


I suffered a deluge of information yesterday from my compatriot Tyler on the state of open protocols. My first challenge was to get a feel for the nomenclature and understand the differences between protocols, open source implementations, and specific server instances using those protocols. Only then can I help come up with a plan for how to incorporate the future state of the web information flow. Ideally we’d like to position Victus Media to utilize open message formats (Tyler’s on it).

The Void of Liquidity Beckons Us To Action

When a relied upon product or service ceases to be a viable long term solution, echoing waves of opportunity flow through the market ecosystem. We are called to action, to do our best to collectively come up with a solution. Alternatively we work in parallel to invent many solutions without the need of mass approval. No single answer need assuade the needs of all users. Fragmentation of user groups by preferences is natural causing the flock of users to disperse into smaller groups. (more…)
