Love this chart Mark and glad to see that density of population is part of the equation.The part that no-one talks about is of course, where you live that makes you happy.Think Redmond and Microsoft. Think many LA startups. People, like Gates just happened to call that home and built their companies there.In the beginning, it’s just a couple of folks and you need to live where your life is… or at least that is a tradeoff that you need to consider.
