Good call. How about “wait” till you're ready. I've been bouncing around this thought, since we do gain much by plugging away. The trick is to make sure we're expending our efforts in the right direction.

Procrastination is perhaps the wrong word. Procrastination has a very negative connotation. A better word would perhaps be multitask until your ready — so you are doing other things that may help get the job done. Procrastination implies BSing around until you must do something which is usually less than optimum because you did it the last minute.
