It's a matter of teacher student ratio, an an inability to have personalized education, specialized to each students interests. There's just not enough time per student in a modern classroom in the US.

One suggestion is to open programs that allow students to work and learn for a day a month within businesses (or perhaps after school). Internships are a great way for students to understand the priorities of business, and to bring their youth and energy into the workplace.

I think it comes down to teacher student ratio, and an inability to have personalized education specialized to each student Vladimir. There's just not enough time per student.
I'd like to see more businesses have programs where students can come in for a day each month to learn from those who are in the field. I realize this has a great monetary/resource cost but it's one we should be willing to make in the name of bettering our future generations.

Teachers are extremely important leaders. Why do you think we don't get better, more inspired teachers in the United States? Is it just that we don't pay our teachers enough or is it just a culturally negative view on teaching?
